HDAS FALL SWAP MEET

Saturday, Sept. 27th 2025 at the Waterdown Legion.
Set Up:  8:30 am
Doors Open:  10:00 am (no early birds)

What is a swap meet? 
A Swap Meet is where Hobbyists can sell or trade with other hobbyists. Each vendor will get a sticker to put on that says "Vendor" when they sign in.

Information for Swap Meet VENDORS:
  • We require that everything you bring to sell has a clearly labelled sale price on it. 
  • Deals can absolutely be struck between vendor and purchaser! But offering a starting point is a courtesy that will be required of you. All sales are between the seller and buyer. 
  • Any discrepancies are between the buyer and seller. The Club will not be at fault for any wrong transactions.
  • Make sure you bring change for your transactions. You may offer e-transfer as a payment.

Tables:
  • Tables are $40 ea. Please book your tables through Mike Majer,  [email protected]
  • Payments can be made by e-transfer to [email protected]
  • Tables must be paid in full,  2 weeks prior to the event (Sept. 13th).
  • There will be NO table sharing! One table per one vendor
  • Make sure you have spare fish bags in case of leakages.  

Admission:
  • $1 per child
  • $2 per adult
  • With every admission you will get a FREE draw ticket for a chance to win prizes. There will be an option to buy extra raffle tickets at $2 ea or 3 for $5.
  • We will have 50/50 Draws
